We are pleased to be offering an Historic Tax Credit Seminar for residents of the West Chapel Hill National Register 2019 Expansion Area.
The PCH project to expand the 1999 West Chapel Hill National Register District boundaries was approved by the US Department of the Interior on May 9, 2019.
This workshop will introduce owners who are now eligible to the State's historic tax credit program as a result of this change. Owners of "contributing" properties may apply for a credit for approved historic renovations. The seminar will be presented by an expert in historic preservation and tax credit applications, and will cover how to apply.
